Aisha needed all kinds of minds and ideas if she were to succeed, Elide's was a clever and tactical perspective that she would love to pick and prod. And it is true, a monster hunter's guild is nothing without members, good committed members. A leader is just an individual with grand ideas if not for those who would seek to help them carry it through. Aisha wanted to create a guild that was just as much ever member's space as it was her own, she would just be the voice that gathered them.
