If there should be any awkwardness on the alchemist's part given how he knows the woman calling out to him, he isn't aware of it. Nevertheless, his smile is still boyish as he adjusts his path, offering her a small wave. "Ah, well. I had some things to finish up before this became a no-fly zone." He replies with a shrug. Remi very likely could still fly despite the monsoons, but other than to see Phoebe, there was really no reason.
