Aurelia crosses her arms with a devilish smile, her brows tipping down toward her nose as she offers Jack no further explanation. Yes, you, she seems to say. She lets out a small scoff at his accusation of her blackmailing him. Yeah, ahuh, sure. You know you want to. She rolls her eyes, letting them land on Milo to share her amusement with him.
It's when Jack relents that her expression lifts with surprise and her gaze darts towards him. He starts up a song that Aurelia finds vaguely familiar, having heard it - or variations of it - along the docks. They might be pressed to find a shanty she hasn't heard by now, given how much time she's spent in Torchline and its multitude of sailors. Milo excitedly heads toward Jack and she starts after him, but pauses suddenly, deciding to stand back and watch instead of joining in straight away.
Melita and Milo both pick up after Jack's started, Melita's voice no better in this shanty than the last, which brings a playful light to Aurelia's own eyes. She finds herself swept up with the rest of the crew, as they stomp and pound and strengthen the shanty with their voices, too. When the opening comes, Aurelia smacks her hand heavily down on a nearby barrel, the sound echoing out. "Hah!"
This time, however, when Aurelia starts up, her voice is easier on the ears, to say the least. She's taken by the song, quite likes it actually, and puts more of an effort into singing it rather than screaming it, starting strong as she brings in the chorus, "Soon may the Wellerman come to bring us sugar and tea and rum! One day, when the tonguin' is done, we'll take our leave and go!
"No line was cut, no whale was freed! The Captain's mind was not on greed but he belonged to the whaleman's creed! She took that ship in tow!"
