It's said with a fair amount of skepticism, yet Remi can't help but smile a touch guiltily. "I was with someone else, when I realized that I wanted to be with Ronin. Leaving him...even being honest about it was one of the hardest things I have had to do." He admits softly.
"But love...you can love someone without being with them. Or love them and know that it will work out. " Remi's accent makes the words sound far more poetic than they have any right to, and even he shakes his head against his own advice. 'Both men and women are idiots when it comes to being emotionally available." He adds, making no assumptions about who might be stealing the Madame's heart. 'That might not ever change.'
