Nodding his agreement, though in fact words that would linger and hurt had already been said, Remi turns back to the window until the shade of the Star and the Flood had faded away into nothingness.
Wincing at the Madame's report, Remi scratches thoughtfully at his cheek as his eyes scan the ceiling. "How many are here?" He wonders, trying and failing to think of where else in Torchline they might go. The Hanged Man could hold some and perhaps some of the other businesses as well, but it likely wouldn't be enough. Certainly not in a capacity that would let Maeve's staff continue to work.
