Sunjata prepares as much as he can, unsure of what awaits him with Finn’s comment, but as the snapdragon spreads through his system he’s more than content to find out. It flares along his veins, it burns him from the inside in a way that makes him feel so light, that he hasn’t quite realized his chest heaving the way it does when the kiss breaks and Finn pushes him back and down against the bed. That is exactly the type of distraction he seeks, settling down as he catches his breath, hands trailing along Finn’s sides to his neck and to his dark hair, as he settles to let Finn take control.
The kisses trail along his tattoos and his chest, down and down until Finn’s pulling and undoing belts and buckles and Sunjata shifts his hips just enough to help Finn pull them down and off, exposing the rest of his skin, the marks left behind, the scars from sharks and gunshot wounds. Sunjata sucks in a sharp breath of relief at the freedom of it, fingers tensing a fraction in Finn’s hair.
And he waits, because Finn had said he would do the rest, and if that isn’t a spark of content and excitement that races through his veins, he doesn’t know what is.
