People filter out and Sunjata works with some of the others to pull the rubble out in such a way that they might be able to find anyone trapped. Quickly, however, it becomes quite apparent that there’s no faces in the crowd he recognizes, not officially of course. But Haai leads them along, returning for more, and Sunjata pauses after a moment to instruct those helping him to continue.
He snags someone leaving as he approaches where they’ve stepped out, asking whether Maeve was inside, if they had seen her, and realizes quickly after that the Madame had been inside. He realizes quickly that she isn’t out yet.
So he keeps those helping him to their tasks, shifting into his macaw form to glide into the building as to not unsteady the rest of the Halenani, in search for Maeve and anyone else that may be trapped within.
