"We're in a theatre!" is what Remi will hear called back at him, and those are Ronin's updated parting words of good luck, since he's swallowed up by the rest of the venue in no time at all. The mechanic has himself a lovely little seat up in one of the wings - not somewhere he's sat since he was barely a teenager - and it gives a particularly good view of Bandcamp when he turns just so (mainly he's looking at his ass, it's true). Ronin can't confess to like the chosen set any more than he did at the Kickback, but at least this time he understands why it is the way it is.
And then there's that special someone song, and if he was a teen girl he'd probably be screaming and throwing his bra at Remi anyway. He does consider throwing his shirt down there, but he feels like that would ruin the vibe a little. (Also he doesn't have a spare).
So when the famous frontman with his impeccably styled hair clashing with his street clothes comes rocking into Kickback, Ronin has already sunk a whiskey and has another two on the way, but this time there's someone there to join him. "And you didn't even break anything," he calls out as a greeting to Remi, kicking out the barstool next to him.
