Tobi isn't one to lie, but just the thought of saying no, Finn, no I'm really not has her stomach tensing again as if that might keep the dam holding her flood of tears at bay intact. Her head shakes a soft no, which her lips are forced to contradict. With a smile that's as sad as it is small, Tobi swallows. "I'll be okay." She murmurs. It probably isn't a lie, even if it feels like one.
Turning her attention toward the ruby-red chemicals in his palm, Tobi doesn't bother to try and hide her astonishment—though she manages not to blurt out four????, if only barely. The dreamdust is just as worrying.
Holding out her hand to see if Finn will give up his drugs willingly, Tobi will tuck the parcels away into her pockets if so. Explaining where she's going, Tobi excuses herself that she might go and retrieve a vial that's nearly black it's so red. There's no telling what Finn's drugs have been laced with or how they've been made. The clinic's is entirely pure.
After Tobi determines the appropriate dosage, she turns her gaze onto the man in the bed with his outgrown curls and unshaven cheeks. Her heart swims as her stomach flops, and tears bite at the back of her eyes. "Finn?" Clearing her throat, as if it might get rid of the wobble, she looks uncertainly down at the bed. "Can I tell you something?"
