A hum of a laugh leaves her as she relishes in Maeve’s surprise, the idea that she was lucky to have Sera sit with her when she was going through building plans of all things. And so, Sera flashes her a bright grin and explains, pulling the blueprints out and spreading them out to await what kind of design Maeve was seeking. Maeve leans forward before handing her the papers and Sera scans through them curiously, before her lips purse slightly.
“I’d say so.” She agrees easily, sliding the paper back toward Maeve and flashing a bright grin, before she’s tucking her hair behind her ear. She lays out the basics of what Maeve wants, the general size of it, and from the blue prints a 3D model is seen, growing taller and taller the more floors she adds. Once she’s laid out the basics, she focuses on the 3D aspect, reaching up to pull a few walls out further, fixing where the load bearing sections would be. Maeve might notice the edits changing on her blueprints, as well, despite only touching the model of it.
“How many rooms for the workers?” She asks when she pauses to take a sip of her drink, moving back over to the blueprints with her pencil to sketch up where the walls may need to be divided, what halls might need to be made.
