"Then I suppose we can bury your old one?" she suggests with a grin, before reaching out to pat his arm. "Would you mind if I took a proper look at it? I'd love to see how it ticks."
Then, glancing back up to his face, she gives him a gentle smile. "We all get that way sometimes. I can bring my medical bag and we can get more in your arm than your head if you want?"
