He fakes her out but she’s quick to recover, regardless, and Sunjata finds himself smirking as she ducks under his arm, huffing a bit of air as she punches at his stomach, over a wound that’s still surprisingly tender, before she tries to get under his arm. And he lets her, but not without a bit of repercussions in the form of sweeping his long leg out quickly when he turns in his own makeshift spin to face her again, aiming to take her down with it.
