Lyra moved forward with confidence and eagerness to accepted the offered treats from the woman's hand, her muzzle brushing against Lena's palm and her tongue dipping out to eat from it. A soft, almost purring noise rumbled in her chest.
Eryx watched with a smile and rested his hand on his cocked hip. He was impressed with how the woman so easily befriended the dragon. It had taken Eryx longer than many other dragoons to becoming bonded with a dragon but this woman, Lena he learned, was no natural with Lyra.
"I'm Eryx," he replied with a smile. "You're really good with her," he commented.
