He peeks up and around the room as she mentions her reading, even though the small movement makes his head pound; Tobi is lucky that he's unable to see the obvious, to realise how haggard they both are. Humming out a note of pure bliss at the thought of a shower, Finn risks a nod. It doesn't make him sick, so that's a plus.

He daren't ask Tobi if that's true - he is not an egotistical man, but even he has the decency to feel a little embarrassment at the terrible state of himself.
