And the Star is completely flustered and tongue tied until she utters a nickname that no one in his life has ever used, and at that point his eyes narrow a bit in suspicion. He doesn't think he's ever met anyone with that shift either, but at this point Ronin is in it just to find out what kind of new-old acquaintance he's making. "Oh I'll catch you alright." He bares his teeth in a grin before darting after her, splashing obnoxiously through the puddles as he goes.
