“Thank you!” She called to Ronin from upon the newest acquisition of cloud cover and movement – amused, for half a moment, at the figments under her feet. Fangorn made a grumbling sound from her bag, and she ignored it for staring out over the expanse, and watching the actions of the bone monster.
It was difficult to tell if her or Maea’s arrows did anything – causing the slightest wrinkle of frustration to her nose. It was obvious Ronin’s had; whether through demigod power, elemental persuasion, or something else entirely. Perhaps she should try something else.
Trading out her icy arrows for electric ones, the youth watched as it went underneath the sands, and Maea strived to do something below. Perhaps her currents could do the same? Uncertain, and figuring it was worth a shot, she notched one of them, pulled the strand, aimed, and released.
