NATE
i wish you could see the wicked truth
caught up in a rush, it's killing you
Look at them, coming together like a team. Fuck, you could even say they’re some kind of of effective, considering the way Varus and Jack manage to get the first piece of obsidian dislodged, though the former is sent pitching forward into the cave wall as it comes unstuck, bashing his chin on the stone.

There isn’t enough room for Nate to help with the with the pushing, so he returns to his own piece of rock, accepting the hammer when Sam squeezes back into the cave and he’s turning for him to move his stone, leaving Nate behind to lift the hammer and get to work, convincing the stuck piece to split in half, making it easy to move through the tunnel.

That was... fucking horrible.” Dragging himself and his obsidian into the cave, Nate shoves sopping hair back out of his face and looks around slowly. “Okay. We need uh... the stone itself shaped, so it looks nice. A place cleared out and flattened in the centre,” he gestures where he means, about how wide a space it should be, “and three divots carved out so the obsidian will stay upright.” Nate sighs, and lifts a hand to rub at his mouth, his skin glowing under his hand. “We should widen the entrance too.

Nodding to himself, Nate shifts, stepping back towards the hole. “I’ll be right back with the tools, decide what you’re doing and we’ll get to it when I’m back.” And with that, he jumps back into the water, reappearing a few moments later with a bag of dripping tools. Hope everyone’s got firm grips.

I thought we were still waiting on someone my bad We got the rocks unstuck! Now the following tasks need to be completed!

1. Clear the actual shrine space, flatten it out and make sure it’s free of debris
2. Make slots in the ground for the 3 largest pieces of obsidian to be stood upright in
3. Clean up the edges of the obsidian so they look less manhandled >.>’
4. Widen the entrance hole!
screaming at the sun you blow into
curled up in a grip when we were us
