It hadn't occurred to the girl that Safrin might not like her. Of course she would like her! She was Kamaria's best friend. The two were inseparable when given the chance to get together, but lately the adults were keeping them apart. Which was very rude in Paige's opinion. Not that anyone bothered to ask her.
