So she steps out from behind the tree he's settled beside and chirps at him. Her tail fluffs and curls upward in greeting. As she moves up beside him, her gaze hovers over his face and her head tilts as if... maybe asking permission to join him.
As long as there's no protest from the captain, she sits back on her haunches. Once comfortable, she nods at the cards he's shuffling and taps the ground expectantly with a wide, furry paw. Might as well have a bit of fun.
