Sah listened as Seren described her famiy situation, his eyes growing steadily wider as he leaned forward to listen. "That really is complicated." Extensions upon extensions being built before her eyes, it sounded daunting. Suddenly having new family members and wanting to get along with them for the sake of your other family members. "Stressful too. I think the best you can do is take it day by day. Maybe just let whatever relationship between the newer members and you that develops, run its natural course? If they just end up being amicable with you or becoming friends, who knows? I don't think family bonds can be forced, regardless of blood or marriage binds." He noted, brows furrowed slightly as he contemplated the concept.
Seren's continued concern made him smile. "I won't and I'll keep that in mind." Sah gave a sudden chuckle. "Speaking of family. I actually met your dad soon after we first did. I may have been an awkward mess. Not sure if I made a great impression."
