"All of my followers must swear their loyalty. Those I help to change, as I did once with you, must swear their unwavering allegiance. But to be raised higher than that?"
Her shoulders shrug as the distance between them diminishes completely. One of her hands rises up the front of his cloak until her fingers find the strong line of his jaw. "Nothing short of a declaration of love can do that."
