Aurelia
Aurelia continues to oversee the construction side of the courtyard, milling this way and that to check for structural soundness and moving into pace beside the other workers when she found none. She helps them finish things off.
By the time they're done,Maeve has finished as well. The statue she's ressurrected, sculpted dutifully by her hands along with the careful aid of volunteers, is truly going to be something to behold. As well, it will certainly make a statement to any that see it.
Aurelia comes up alongside Maeve, a hand coming up around the small of the woman's back in an almost natural action. "Safrin will be pleased, I think," she remarks, smiling softly as she turns her gaze from the statue to the Nightshade. "Come on, let's finish working on the main building, hm? Not much longer." She knows Maeve would not have them see this through without her, so she doesn't dare to ask if she'd like to stop while they finish things up.
When they enter the building through the back entrance, they'll find thatRay and Seren have done the blueprints plans more justice than was ever expected of them. Dark golden marbling lines the floors and walls, and the glass looks amazing. Aurelia's gaze falls onto the starry night-themed glass with unabashed approval. "This looks amazing, you two! Better than I ever imagined," she praises them with a broad grin, "Thank you for all your hard work, truly. There is only a little bit left to do, alright? Then, we'll be finished!" She hopes they are just as driven to see this task through as she is. While she knows they must all be tired, she is also energized just by seeing their work come to life.
"Ray, if you want to take a crew and put these windows up, that'd be great. Seren, could you help the workers outside with the entrances? The doors are pretty big, so I'm sure your skills will help with that," she offers Seren a friendly look, "And Maeve," she gives the woman's side a gentle squeeze, "can you help the workers put up the sconces? I'll be outside working on the stairs if any of you need me."
At this, Aurelia calls a crew over to her side and helps them gather up the tools and the rest of the materials they'll need to officially build the stairs for the entryways.
