The carnage brings a bright and deadly delight into Remi's eyes that sings through his blood and makes his bones feel light in his body. When the remaining birds have been summarily slaughtered, the alchemist shifts back, wiping a bit of blood onto his thigh. "Well if you are almost done, I suppose I shall just deal with this, then." He says with a grin.
Turning, he makes quick work of plucking the birds and preparing them to be roasted. With a rub of sage, juniper, and garlic, Remi places four birds on a spit that turns on its own over a fire thanks to a handy bit of craftsmanship. Gathering up the feathers so that they won't float away, he stuffs them into a bag to be used for some later project. Returning to the fire, Remi hovers over the spit using a large tray to catch the dripping fat and juices to make a gravy with.
