It was a little thing, but she was proud of that. She liked to think he was maybe warming up to her a bit in the time that they've spent together. Cordelia managed to keep still as he hooked up the harness to her and Noah, shifting from foot to foot before craning her neck slightly towards the Sentinel, giving him an ever so gentle nudge with her snout.
It should matter and I would hope they would do something, but given the track record of things I'm not sure they will. I don't know either of the leaders of the Grounds well enough to speak for what they would do.
