Nikolai scowls when Nate grins at them, while internally unease fills him. He hated that smile. It was just...ugh. Still he would put aside his misgivings for the Demi-god. There was work to be done. Work that would benefit their Family and that was worth a day of discomfort. "Do I know how to braid? Give met that." Nikolai takes his portion of the branches, letting out a small hiss at Nate. Of course he knows how to braid. What kind of son would he be if he couldn't braid his mom's hair when she was stressed?
Having acquired his pieces, he gently hands the rest to Azrael. "Here. I'm Nikolai by the way. Nice to meet you." Unlike Nate, the younger Demi-god receives a genuine smile. Nikolai has zero issues with this young sibling he's only just meeting. Work divided, he sets about braiding the branch to the best of his ability. Nikolai does his best to work with and not against Azrael, though he's never braided as part of a team.
