Isla watches Mateo repeatedly press the elevator button with polite but distracted understanding. She's seen this sort of thing before, but also, she has a floor to run. "He sustained an injury to his acromioclavicular joint. Surgery was able to stop the bleeding though there was damage to his coracoclavicular ligaments." Pausing and seeing the look on Mateo's face, Isla adds, "He was stabbed in the shoulder." The elevator dings, and somewhere down the hall someone calls out for Dr. Lockwood. "I'm not sure if he's awake yet. You'll have to go up and find out." She says patiently.
