Thinking Mateo was just being spill-y, and not thinking he'd missed a stubborn bit of blood (the brunette's blood, and how her long hair had wrapped around his arm, and how she'd smiled so warmly just before she died), Ever puts his sweater on properly and re-buckles his seatbelt. #SafetyFirst
