It's a nice idea, if not messily executed.
The monster does dive, but this time it's not nearly as sleek and agile, and for whatever reason, it goes wide of the shield and all of those hiding within it. Unfortunately, that also means it isn't quite in the position to be hit with Sah's air magic, and whilst a gust of wind does send a drift of snow high up against one wall, it leaves the monster unscathed.
As for Kiada? Her attempt with the crossbow does not go to plan at all. Indeed, the bolt doesn't even fly out of it, and whilst it was a very slim chance to hit the creature at this distance anyway, instead the crossbow jams and is rendered completely useless for the rest of the fight.
Free to attack, the monster again goes forNeron, but this time at least the ice shield is there to take the blow. The ice splinters, adding yet another layer of sharp shards to the cobblestones, but the Hailstorm remains unscathed for now.
