The door opened and there stood Phoebe, her messy bun damp with sweat, standing in nothing but the top of a dress, the skirt obviously torn off showing the shorts beneath. She looked exhausted and terrified, the two toddlers spilled into the safety of the building quickly as Phoebe held onto Emmett, who was still unconcious and held together by the ripped up skirt. "Thank you." she said breathlessly, eyes teary as she struggled to pull Emmett in. Her limbs shook with exhaustion, at the very end of her strength. Sheer determination kept her moving forward.
