"There was a time when I thought I could trust you," he tells her, and though his tone stays cool, it's a bit of a Big Deal for Jack to admit. "Things have changed since you left. You know much 'bout it?" Or do you want me to catch you up? goes the unspoken end to the sentence. Either way, Jack gestures towards his cabin, as if to invite her to stop limping around like an invalid.
