He's been creeping around since falling into his illusion, trying to sneak up on Morgan as he re-engages his invisibility upgrade. Only, before he can do anything about it, she's whirling her hammer around her like a tornado, and the Launceleyn is forced to think before he acts.
Luckily, thinking is his forte (sometimes), and he reaches out with his ice magic once more, trying to let frost and cold creep up Morgan's legs to fuse her in place. She'd have to move if she doesn't want to become an ice statue; at least that's Neron's reasoning anyway.
