Her attention deviated back and forth, side-eyeing the babies too as she sat along next to Nate, snagging at the basket. “All my favorites? It must be very full then!” And she snagged immediately at a pastry lodged within, fingers grabbing at it quickly, even if there was no fight for food. Fangorn bounded upon the edges, vines swinging out towards one of the children, dangling one as if to entice them to play. “Thank you,” she hummed as she bit into it. “I trust you’ve all settled in well?”
