On the other hand, they can't see him - which is kind of the point when someone's shooting a fiery arrow up his ass, but not so great when it comes to getting assistance. Alright, he says softly in response to Wessex's needing him to stay, Neron peering over his icy shelter to see the others land nearby, nice and safe and far away from (hopefully) death.
I'm on my way, he tells them both, before sneaking out of his hidey hole to cross the distance to his fellow Ascended. The upgrade stays active until he's within touching distance of Wessex and Kiada, and then he finally lets it drop.
Neron keeps his upgrade active until he's safely with Kiada and Wessex, then lets it drop so they can see him (and hopefully offer him something to sink his teeth into).
