"I know. I know they did, I'm so sorry, Emmett." she whispered, face still close to his. "You don't have to face it yet. Soon, but not yet. It's okay to be upset." she said. Long Night would end and he would have to, to put what remained of his family to rest. "But you won't face it alone, I promise."
