As Neron pulls away, the Lullaby instantly invades the space the ascended had tried to create. Should the other man retreat farther, he'll find Remi less than a step behind. The same height but of remarkably different builds, it's with shallow but quick breathes that Remi regards Neron through pale eyes that are still partially unseeing, but full of deadly desire.
