Pulling out what seems to just be a long loop of string, Tobi tries to dangle it before the Spyglass the way one might do in front of a cat, to catch it's attention.
"It's very simple." So saying, Tobi loops the string around her fingers, catches it with her middle fingers and pulls, thus setting up a game of cats cradle. "Do you see the places the string intersects? Making two x's? All you need to do is pinch those places and then bring your hands beneath and pull gently." Tobi explains breezily, before holding out her hands enticingly towards Finn.
