Insults continue to be slung as a mark appears on Nate 's skin. There it will pulse before fading out, while illusion!Nate will soon be face to face with astral!Ronin.
In a flurry of starlight, a protective dome appears over Stormbreak unlike anything seen before (#FirstBeTheHeroUse). And yes, it is double-plus bad. Safrin doesn't remain, but her protection stands at least for a little while.
Stretching her magical muscles, Wessex must keep her focus on Nate if she is to keep them both veiled from Ronin (and presumably everyone else). Cleverly whispering in his ear despite being a multi-tailed fox, for the time being, there is little to see beneath the suddenly sprinkle of starlight over head.
