key quest
At first nothing happens - there is little more than a pregnant pause and the sound of a trio of people breathing. Yeah, you heard that right.
But then one of the marbles pings from the corner of the room and fires right back at Talyson, smacking him in the shoulder. It's enough to hurt, but not to do any damage. Luckily.
Following the marble comes a presence, roaring through him and shrieking to the table at large, "Threeeeeeee."
And then another marble, this time bouncing violently in the spaces between the bookshelf and the wall, and a blast of wind that comes spiralling and whipping aroundAmun - and the old woman. "Sheeeeee diddddddd."
The marbles begin to vibrate again.
The old woman watches.
