She whispers, retracting her wrist once Wessex's thirst has been quenched. The skin dissolves back into the hologram of the Voice's being, as she stares down at her child with electric intensity. "You come to me with questions." The Voice begins, folding her hands in her lap as her head tilts with an almost childish curiosity. But decades rest in her voltaic gaze and Wessex's wonderings about what she does or does not know are not answered by her simple stare.
