Normally Tal would have rolled up his sleeves with all the best intentions to try and impress Deimos by helping with the digging, but the weird air between Sah and Delia had him hesitating. Looking between all three of them the courier scowled and reached up to scrub furiously at the back of his neck.
"Um. I left the mortar with the guys over there," he waved to where he'd unloaded the barrels earlier, hoping the grunts hadn't spilled them already. "But I can get more, an' I could use help loadin' the sled with bricks." And he gave Delia his best puppy dog eyes, hoping she'd take him up on it instead of Sah.
Regardless of who joined him, he'd had back to get Boreal and Bell back in their harnesses and hooked up to the sled so they could go shopping!
