Her shoulders lift in a shrug, thinking that it was pretty self explanatory. The Attuned had already successfully done it herself.

Leaning down she scoops it beneath one of the reflections, capturing the twinkling light again. Truthfully she didn't know how it really worked, but she wasn't going to question it.
