Most are surprised to see Ophelia, Ascended now and the last of their line who all otherwise passed in ways the small farming community was keenly aware of. Such was the fate of insular, nosy communities.
Convincing each family takes work of a different kind. Offering to take on the burden of harvesting, promising delivery of the seeds, various trades. Some are willing to spring for the idea out of an investment in the greater good at least, which helps to balance the scales.
