Truthfully, Cordelia hadn't followed him down here to watch him sweat. She hadn't followed him at all. Yet, here she was and here he was. Looking perfect in every way. His smile is bright and she's drawing to it instantly, strolling towards him with a smirk, reaching out to snag the spear from his grasp. "Who says I came down here just to watch you sweat, Sentinel?" She teases, raising up on her tip toes to steal a kiss, holding the spear at arms length behind her so he can't reach it easily.
She kisses him briefly, drawing back from him with a flourish, twisting the spear in her hand until the tip is pointed beneath his chin. "I have missed you, though. You stay away too long, darling." The Shrike trills, head cocking to the side as her amber eyes take him in.
