Her own lips respond with a chaste kiss to Ru’s forehead, almost afraid to keep her at anything but arm’s length right now, lest she get sidetracked in physical comforts. “Feels like the calm before the storm,” she offers with a side glance as they pull apart, wry only for a moment.
