Struck in the face with a duck, Remi sits up and wonders if he hasn't made some grave mistake by sending Ronin off. Glancing down at the rows of wildflowers blooming from his stomach and the bulge just slightly more south, he concludes that yes, yes he absolutely has.

Fuck. Oh well.

'Plot twist!' Remi calls as he stands and brushes the flowers off in one clean sweep. "The Hero was really a Sea Monster the whole time!" Shifting as monstrously as he possibly could, Remi is a mess of limbs and suckers as he slorps after Ronin and into the water.

'Oh no, so many sea monsters, we're all dooooooomed' He cries in a high-pitched voice, clearly meant to represent everyone that the Hero was meant to protect. Splashing absurdly into the sea and generating massive waves despite his comparative size, it's with greedy tentacles that Remi reaches out to drag his husband back to his side that Ronin might finishing hoeing his garden.
