She neither rushes nor lingers, withdrawing her hand only once she is content. Opening her eyes to dark hair and pale skin that occupies the space beside her.
“Have you devoted yourself to any particular herald?” It’s a simple curiosity. He could earn the same reaction if he named any of them in that moment - aside from perhaps Safrin - but it’s a piece of him that Ru would like to know.
