"We'd need to get an equivalent of a silver chain for you, so there's no accidental shifting." Because, as Remi has already likely surmised, sometimes it isn't up to him. "And Isla is talking about moving to pills to subdue your hunger, rather than the IV. We'll need some other failsafes, and I doubt you'll be allowed anywhere outside the apartment without me, but... yeah, I'm confident about it."
