The little room felt intimate in a way Flora couldn't describe. It was something about the low lighting, the inviting jewel tones and the fabrics that demanded to be felt beneath her fingertips. Looking up slowly with eyes which were already glassy, Flora only notices the presence of Paige's fingers after they're gone; keenly feeling the cool wake that her touch had left.
"That sounds exactly like what I need." The older? girl murmurs as she also tucks a strand of hair behind her ears. "Everything has just felt...so heavy, you know? And everyone keeps telling me to get over it and move on, and take care of myself, and.." Trailing off, though her lips curve slightly the resulting expression certainly isn't a smile, but a mask of grief.
