From being an Abandoned who had rarely left the Hollowed Grounds, to embracing the call of adventure, to dying and being reborn first as an Ascended and then as an Ancient, Maea has gone through quite the amount of changes in her life. One thing remains common, though, in her attempts to find out just where she belongs; she’s always had a craving for knowledge which has brought her to so many places and to meet so many people here in Caido. We can’t wait to see what else is in store for her!

Deimos had faced down legions of wars and incriminating crusades, bled his way across battlefields with merely grimaces and growls, and slain enemy after enemy. An all-out barrage of snowballs was nothing by comparison, even if is family and friends deemed themselves worthy opponents.
Noah’s sudden appearance wasn’t surprising, given how often he’d seen him use such teleportation magic in the past, causing the depths of a smirk to spring along his features. Even as he was pelted in the back, the Sword utilized the components and elements, restructuring them by way of water and earth, before sending them rallying back towards the polar bear.
Sah’s were easier to manage, and he ducked down behind the fort, listening as they crashed in a steady crescendo, another round of dominion and laughter working its way through his lungs. Instead of rounding more ammunition back towards the pair, he presided in a wave of air incantations, striving to whip up a wave of snow and ice to clamber and distract.
With relished timing, because the ground beneath him shook under Evie’s potential, and he snorted, ceasing it altogether; though not before a minaret toppled, absorbing the blows.
The Valkyrie’s arrival only made his snicker more merciless and unrelenting; for Deimos wouldn’t deny Ru of her ruthlessness and power. Echoes and shades of the past whittled their way into the path of their bones, and he wholly accepted the bout of dominion and brutality. By all means.
when the sky turns gray and everything is screaming
Bear!Noah didn't have any time to relish in the fact that his pelting of snowballs smacked against Deimos' back. He merely grunted in response to Sah, as well, glacier eyes set only on the Sword. Hotaru's arrival was not lost on him, but he as focused. He rushed forward, his massive paws pounding against ice and snow and nearly shaking the ground in his approach. Another growling grunt left his maw as he suddenly shifted his path.
Instead of going for Deimos and tackling the warden down, Noah shirked passed him and went for his fortified structure. Noah used his mass and power and sweeping claws to demolish the walls and break away the cover the warden had fastened for himself. Hopefully this would give Sah and Evie and open target.

Alliances arose and changed, and Sah turned his efforts onto Hotaru. Her projectile hits his shoulder and the younger Abandoned sends back a feral grin, "You're on!" The mageglass warmed against his neck as he weaved the air around him into a funnel. Sending it forward, he created a small flurry of disturbed snow.
With a flick of his wrist, he sent the flurry spiraling at Hotaru, letting it pick up speed, and more snow, as it went. A small white-out of a tornado, just for her. Sah had never tried such a maneuver before but there was no time like the present.

Hotaru
Sah is a formidable opponent, especially with Hotaru casually standing on the field with no fort of her own and no cover of snow or ice. But Noah is a far more intriguing foe. Using her own air magic and her magical bracer in tandem to neutralize the air Sah funnels her way only around her body, letting the rest of the hurricane bellow past her in hopes of it blinding bear!Noah.
Meanwhile, the Valkyrie unlatches her launcher and swiftly lets three ice spheres fly towards bear!Noah, hoping to freeze his legs. Deimos can deal with Evie and Sah, especially as the Sword has magic to neutralize Evie’s earth enchantments and Sah’s air. Hotaru will deal with the demigod.

Hotaru has a passive magic that makes her glow with an internal golden light; it makes her appear youthful and her hair seems to look like moving sunlight. Can only subtly illuminate dark spaces.
Polar bears and miniature white-outs, measures of competitive prowess amidst the thresholds of fortifications – but even with Noah’s seditious nature, Deimos’ fortifications stood tall, some crumbling, but reinstated with earthen and icy wares. He persisted in the foundations, in undermining attempts sent towards Sah and Evie – eventually, at some point, it would have to be a war of attrition, seeing how long the others lasted before pummeling them into the snowy fixtures.
But they could all relish and enjoy in the heaps of laughter, in the rounds of amusement, that had disappeared before the war, and would hopefully last all the more now, in sentiments of peace and repose.
