Edy fuck you <3 The teenager bristled against the sound of Koel's voice. Gone was the playful accent, gone was the heat that she'd been so drawn to. Even when they'd been sparring together she'd never heard anything even remotely like this from the Overseer, and as she pulled back to look at his expression, her own was one of distrust and confusion. Cover her ears? Was this some weird eagle power he was going to bust out? Yell at it in bird or some shit? Skeptically Edy nodded slowly even as Koel placed himself ahead of her, seeming to limber himself up like he was about to wrestle the thing. "The fuck are you—" Edy started to say, as Koel began to scream. Only it wasn't just a scream it was like some magical belch of sound. Cringing away Edy covered her ears and squirmed beneath the sound. What in the hell was Koel doing? Whatever was out in the woods was definitely going to fucking know where they were now.
